Privacy policy

This page explains the information Arculia uses on your device, for optional account sync, and when you connect external services. Last updated: 7 November 2026.

Information kept on your device

Arculia stores tasks and related settings locally so you can use core task features without a constant network connection. The iPhone Library also manages locally stored notes and collection information. Some capabilities use system permissions, such as notifications or access to calendars, when you enable them.

Account and optional sync

If you choose to use account-based features, Arculia uses your email address to authenticate your account. Optional encrypted synchronization and recovery data are handled using Supabase infrastructure. Content synced by the app is encrypted, but not every data type or feature uses the same synchronization mechanism. Library notes and third-party file attachments may be handled separately.

Connected services

Arculia may offer connections to services you explicitly authorize, including Google Calendar, Google Drive, OneDrive, and device calendar services. When you connect one, information needed for that feature is exchanged with that provider according to the permissions granted. You can manage or disconnect supported integrations through the app or the provider's account controls.

Website data

This website is a static information site. The website code included in this release does not set analytics cookies, run tracking scripts or collect information through forms. Your hosting provider may process standard request information, such as IP addresses, for delivery and security.

Data control

Arculia includes in-app controls for deleting local content and managing imports. For data held by connected providers, you may also need to use that provider's deletion or account-management tools. Removing the app from one device does not necessarily delete synced or externally stored data.

Security

Arculia is designed to keep the task database local and to encrypt supported synced content. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Enable device security and protect exports or downloaded copies of your data.
